JPI Support Staff can assist you on a wide variety of technical issues.

Our Technical support staff can assist you in nearly any technical discipline, and in nearly any location you need them. We can provide short term, long term, and custom contracts.

Basic Terms of Contracts:

All contracts are fixed rate contracts, based on fixed hours per month. Minimum contract is 4 hours per week, 4.2 weeks per month, 3 month minimum. Other fees may apply such as transportation, food, lodging, special security, insurance, and war zone surcharges. Contact JPI for a complete quote on staffing for your site(s).

* special rate for desktop support tech 4 hours per week, 1 year contract, within 50Km/25 miles of nearest JPI office in NON—War Zone.

Technical Support Staff

JPI has two different types of TDMA systems to meet your demand in the smaller office environment. You can choose between iDirect, and the Harmonic TDMA systems. Bandwidth can be configured differently on each system, tailored to your needs.
