This utility is a javascript based webpage that helps you calculate the bandwidth demand your vsat link will be required to support. Simply input a few easily definable parameters, and press “Calculate” and you have your answer in a split second.

JPI Distance to Clear Angle Calculator

This distance/angle calculator can help you estimate how far from buildings or trees you need to be to “see-over” the top of the structure and get adequate signal from the satellite. Great tool for site planning.
